About Me

My name is Elizabeth and I am the founder of Wholelistic Health. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I was drawn to health coaching because I have had a 30-year diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I suffered for most of my adult life with many of the aggravating symptoms of Hashimoto’s: fatigue and sluggishness, increased sensitivity to cold, constipation, pale, dry skin, a puffy face, brittle nails, hair loss, enlargement of the tongue, unexplained weight gain, muscle aches, tenderness and stiffness, joint pain and stiffness, muscle weakness, memory lapses (foggy brain), and depression. I was depressed because no one was listening to me. All of my symptoms were explained away because I was a woman in various stages of life. First it was “you just had a baby”, then it was “you have three babies”, then I was middle aged, then finally it was because I was in menopause. I understand that western medicine is about a diagnosis and medication, but it wasn’t working for me. My symptoms were not relieved by the dosage of medicine I was on. I wasn’t being heard or validated; I knew my body and something wasn’t right. I knew I needed to take my health into my own hands. I did an immense amount of research and began to understand more and more. I began my health coaching education to help myself and now I want to help you. I want to help people get healthy. I hate seeing people suffer the way I did. I coach people so that they can heal, I hear people so that they can heal.

I am here first and foremost to glorify God by fulfilling my purpose which is to share hope and be a positive influence to my clients, serving them through education, support and encouragement so that they are able to be heard and experience victory in their healing journey by making lasting changes to their lifestyle and achieving their goals.

As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands. I am a supportive mentor and wellness authority helping you feel your best through food and lifestyle changes by tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet your needs. Don’t go on another diet, aim to become a healthier, happier, and fitter person. Focus on nourishing your body instead of depriving it.

My Training

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education, as well as years of suffering with disordered eating and a 30 year diagnosis of Hashimoto Disease, has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestylechanges and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
